Nose: medicinal, used leather, spices, mint, citrus, blood-oranges, milk chocolate, sweet, vanilla
Palate: spicy, hot, closed. With a splash of water added; sweet, milk chocolate, citrus, oranges, apples
Finish: old cheese, new leather, medium dry, firm, long, citrus
Mark: +++/++
Conclusion: The old cheese on the finish is a bit... funky. Something different for sure, and I like that. The nose is a bit off putting at first, but with time, a drop of water and a bit warmth from your hands, she gets there. Why use caramel colorant though..?
