Nose: hay, fruit, stable, sweet, raisins, herbal
Palate: fruity, strong, raisins, gentle - which is amazing for this abv
Finish: short, sweet, fruity, raisins, lots of white pepper
Mark: +++/++
Conclusion: This is nice. The sweet and fruity basics are clearly coming from the spirit alone. The casks obviously have a strong influence in the life of the maturing, but only add to the already fine base.
I sure hope they will not change anything in the process of making this product.
