Conclusion: a complex and huge whiskey. This is going to hurt my wallet; high on the price, only 1000 bottles available 26 years old Irish single malt of an undisclosed distillery, available somewhere in 2014. According to their reaction during the twitter tasting, "the Teeling Whiskey Company does not condone the selling of body parts or other people to fund the drinking of its whiskey" which is a shame, because either would be worth your while.
An even older bottling is planned (30 or 31 years of age) and that looks really promising, and I need at least a large sample of it when the time comes.
Fourth and last whisky in the #TeelingWhiskey twitter tasting, when it still was an unreleased sneak peak.
After release, we had the pleasure to make notes again at the Whisky and Rum aan Zee festival, courtesy of Jock Shaw.
