Conclusion: a very nice, young grain whisky. Slightly reminiscent of a nice Bourbon. I am not sure what I expected, but I am positively surprised by the quality of this whisky and will purchase a bottle, if we can find one in one of our local shops.
More info: Distilled from the finest South African grains and double matured, spending its first three years in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks before being released and re-vatted again for a further two years in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks.
