Nose: smoke, salted butter, sweat (at first) sweet, honey, burning coals

Palate: hot, jalapeño peppers, sweet, honey, floral, heather, a hint of smoke

Finish: still hot, sweet, honey, again - only a hint of smoke
Mark: +++/++
