.highland park - 30yo (2007 bottling)

Speaking about flagships (I know we weren't, but suppose we were)... This is really one to open for special moments and think of as many as you can.

48.1% abv, €425, single malt

Nose: sweet, honey, floral, honeysuckle, spicy, cinnamon, citrus, lime-juice, nutmeg, a hint of liquorice root and eucalyptus
Palate: sweet, honey, floral, heather, honeysuckle, smooth, gentle, spicy, cinnamon, medium-dry, nuts, pecan nuts
Finish: smooth, sweet, honey, floral, heather, rather long, dry
Mark: ++++/+

Conclusion: I might consider selling my liver a kidney for this. Any takers Why can't all Highland Parks be more like this? For less moneys?

I am not one to interfere with the whole Age Statement thing going on at the moment, but come on... isn't this (type of) whisky making things easier..?
