.linkwood 23yo - smws 39.94 - an exotic privilege

We joined in a "whisky for a year" bottle share back in 2014, where we received an smws bottle(share) each month. Good times, I only never got around to taste them until now. A shame really...

Nose: sweet, light, fruity, apple juice, citrus, lime juice, pineapple juice
Palate: sweet, fruity, mushy warm red apples, apple sauce, citrus, oranges, tangerines, spicy, white pepper, a hint of cinnamon

Conclusion: a fruity little bastard, this. A bit sharp at the edges.
